Before your remote healing session begins, ensure you are in a comfortable, quiet space where you will be undisturbed. It's advisable to choose a relaxing environment, possibly with soft lighting and a comfortable place to sit or lie down. Make sure to have a stable phone or internet connection for clear communication with the practitioner.
The Healing Session Experience
Initial Consultation: The session will start with a brief consultation. Here, you will discuss your specific needs and intentions with the practitioner. Whether your focus is on pain relief, emotional release, addressing allergies, targeting specific diseases, boosting energy, or healing chakras and auras, this is the time to express your goals for the session.
Setting the Intention: The practitioner will then guide you in setting a clear, focused intention for your healing. This step is crucial as it directs the healing energy to specific areas of need. Each session can include specified affirmations and intentions.
